As the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), TUVA Endüstri ("Company") processes personal data obtained through the tuvaendustri.com.tr website and our contact channels within the framework described below.

2. Personal data processed
- Identity data: first and last name.
- Contact data: email address, phone number.
- Request data: company name, selected subject and message content.
- Transaction security data: the page from which the form was sent, country derived from the IP address, and server logs.
3. Purposes of processing
- Responding to your requests, questions and quotation requests, and communicating with you,
- Carrying out pre-sales and quotation activities,
- Ensuring information security and preventing spam and abusive submissions,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and using records as evidence in potential disputes.
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed under Article 5(2) of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (ç), and necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated and partly automated means, through the contact form on our website, by email and by phone.
6. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above and only to the extent required, your personal data may be shared with our website hosting, content delivery (CDN) and email infrastructure providers, and with competent public authorities where legally required.
As the servers of our infrastructure provider Cloudflare, Inc. may be located outside Türkiye, such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
7. Retention
Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and the retention periods set out in the applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

- To object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
- To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests by email to [email protected] or in writing to the address above. Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature.
